Netscape Wont Come Up

When I click on The Netscape Icon just the frame of the explorer comes up and nothing else. (the homepage or nothing will come up) So all I can do is Click the X to get out of it... What should I do? Thanks!

Sorry I meant to say that the homepage ect. Wont come up, just the frame.
