Netscape gets login screen, but IE doesn't?

Hello all. I recently installed NT Option Pack to upgrade our IIS 3.0 to IIS 4.0. For some reason, IE browses to the virtual directories fine, however I get a logon screen when I use Netscape (both versions 4 and 6). Any ideas how to remove the logon screen? Is it some kind of permission problem?
