Netscape 4.x and Mac

I'm rebuilding a site and want compatibility with Mac and PC, NS 4.x and IE, and other browsers as well. My current problems are with Netscape 4.7 on Mac.

I've placed transparent gifs in all empty cells, having converted layers to tables. I have a nav bar with some popup menus and some direct links to other pages. The latter take forever if they work at all. And on some pages I get anomalous black dots and lines (at the bottom) that seem to be remnants of the tables.

Please check my home page on a Mac running Netscape 4.x and give me some advice on how to deal with these problems.

Haven't got time to check your site but I've had similar problems.

Problem was casued by me not having behaviours set to version 4 browsers. UNless you do this NOTHING works properly in ns4.7.

Check this first.
