I recently purchased a Netopia 4652 router, which is a SDSL router, to replace a slower R9100 model. The problem I'm having is that I'm unable to get a DSL connection. There is little to set up in the DSL modem part of the router, but I'm fairly certain that it's the connections. My DSL provider, MPower, has an RJ11 connectior that currently goes into a Copper Rocket 2 modem. My router, on the other hand, has an RJ48 connection. If I remove the connection from the Copper Rocket modem and take the RJ11 directly into the router, I get no signal at all. If I take an RJ48 cable and try to bring it to the DSL connection, there is no signal either. Am I missing something? Is there such a thing as an RJ11 to RJ48 connector? Any help would be appreciated.
