The rpc server is unavailable

This is a win 2k server running SQL server and their delphi software. I can't seem to find any information on this error with the rpc unavailable endind. Everything I've found has to do with logon server being unavailable. If you've run into this please throw me a link or a possible fix

Check your DNS. I had the same error this past weekend and it was due to a misconfigured DNS entry.
