Netgear VPN SA question and Comcast observation

I have finally gotten my FVX 538 to connect multiple 5610VPN phones from the same NATed address without issues, the problem was smart Packet inspection that was turned on the Comcast routers. With that fixed I now wanted to know what SA settings do you place on the 538s and 338s in the field. I know that 3600 sec is the amount detailed in the tech tip, but I thought the brain trust may offer up some additional guidance.

The 336 uses 28800 but i also have seen 432000.
