Netbackup will not recognize my tape device

I was running netbackup fine on an nt server until I had a system failure I reinstalled netbackup on the server but now it will not recognize my Ibm 3581 tape device can when I run the wizards they look for the drive but cannot find it

How is your library wired to the server?

What adapters are you using?

Did you install the Tape Device Drivers?

What version of NetBackup?

stuff like that.

I installed the drivers and the wizard sees the drive but will not let me select it I use a scsi adapter really do not know the type I am running netbackup 4.5 business server
