Netbackup Pre/Post Commands

I am backing up a server that requires a pre and post batch file be run before and after the backup.
Basically, the backup job must run the batch file then perform the backup. After the backup another batch file needs to be run.
It is easy to do this in backup exec, but I am having trouble figuring it out in Netbackup.

Any help would be appreciated.
