hello, I am fairly familiar with using the admin
client on my desktop to Admin our two NetBackup5 boxes..
Both are remote, I was able to access one site through
our Netscreen Firewalls and f5 BigIP's.
But the other site is behind a Netscreen Firewall and
Cisco CSS1100 Content switches(load balancers) I opened
up all ports through on the netscreen, Then created a content rule for port 13722, The client authenticates
then dies And gives Error "Cannot connect to NB-Java on $RANDOM PORT, Please try again"
What other ports do I need to allow through? Anyone know a workaround or how I could get this working?
