I am attempting to back up a Net-App filer using Back-UP Exec 9 with no success. I have verified NDMP is off and I have set up a user defined selection using the IP address as suggested in another post. Of course Veritas and NetApp both do not support this using Back-up Exec. I can see the file structure through Back-up exec and see the files in the directories but when the Back-up runs I get the error "Unable to attach to one of the drives" Does anyone have any other ideas? We have successfully gotten this to work in a different office.
