I have a new project to develop a new mobile application in .net Compact Framework for Windows CE.net devices. I'll use VB.net. It was suggested to me to use Oracle Lite on the CE devices. The captured data needs to eventually be pushed to an Enterprise Oracle server.

Does anyone have any experience in developing such application using .net CF and Oracle Lite on Windows CE.net, if so, can you provide suggestions and reference material to get started.

For example, it's not clear to me right now, how to get the data out of CE to a desktop so I can push to the Oracle server.

if activesync is installed on the desktop you could you the RAPI functions to communicate with the ppc
