Example: 2 Queues;"Sales" and "ALL". Agents with "Sales" have different priority 1 or 2. If NO priority 1 agents are available the call goes to an available priorty 2 agent. If NEITHER is avaialbe the call routes to the "ALL" agents queue after 60 seconds.
Typically on 10 calls received: Flow IN to "All" shows 2 - however, I usually see 6 Flow Out calls in the Sales Queue.
Question: If a call goes from the first priority to the second priority in "Sales" will this show as FLOW Out and answered as an ACD call - because the Sale queue has no Flow IN. Thanks,
