The users in my company use Outlook 2000 clients. We use MS Mail for internal mail and Internet Mail for Internet mail. Some of my users have Blackberry devices. I have set up their Internet mail accounts to send a copy of the incoming Internet mail messages to their Blackberry devices. Here is the problem: The Blackberry users want internal emails also sent to the Blackberry devices. My work-around for this was to create a contact folder in Outlook with just the the name and one email address for MS Mail and another for the Blackberry email account. A user simply right-clicks on the contact name and selects "Send a new message to contact." If the contact has two email addresses (i.e. MS Mail and Blackberry), a dialog box appears notifying that it will be sent to both addresses. The user clicks OK and it is sent to both accounts. This works fine if a message is being sent to only one contact. My problem is that when multiple contacts are selected and the New Mail Message command is performed, the message will only be sent to the first email address of the users with multiple email addresses (Blackberry users). Is there any way to force the program to send emails to all email addresses when multiple contacts have been selected? Is there a better solution to my overall issue. I hope this makes sense.
