I don't have a lot of experience w/ acd stations. My customer needs a phone moved:

key 00 acd 7094 0 7087 needs to be in group key 00 7093 0 7087

I can't change this in TM (don't judge) or in LD 11. I get error SCH3928.

All of my acd stuff was originally setup by AT&T and I haven't needed to mess with it other than physically moving sets. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You don't change ACD sets. You out them and rebuild them. Changes will corrupt the PBX. Let us know if you need help with that. It's simple.

SCH3928
TN type does not match with the corresponding voice or data TN.

Severity: Info

Yes, I do need some instruction on that. Never outed & added acd set before.

we do this all the time you cant change it as it as the ACID clashes with its self.

first nul key 0
then change again add the new key 0, remember to set AST etc. that is cleared when you remove the key

You can do as bignose21 suggests, but do not do it as an easy change or you run the very real risk of causing DB corruption.

The safer way to accomplish what you want to do is to out the old set from programming (out [TN]) and then add it back in (new)like EddieCuece suggests. This way you will not cause DB corruption.

Do I do this in LD 11 like a regular set?

Yes LD 11 just make a print out of the existing set then out it and build it back with the ACD that you want. I've done it both ways Changeing the set and also Outing the set in the past but I would go ahead and out it just to be safe.

x3 never run the risk on changing an ACD set. Not worth the headaches if it goes south. I always make a print out of the sets for reference and save them in a file. Every now and then someone wants to make aditions or adjustments to the sets and I like to have a known good working template in case I need to go back for any reason.
