Need to know how many PRI’s/ channel capacity needed for a particular call volume

Hi guys,

For a call volume of 1100-1200 per day, to set up our avaya infrastructure, how many PRI’s need what would be the channel capacity?

Do a search on earlang table. It's a baseline for measuring amount of channels/capacity for users. Clearly you would never sustain a channel/person.. that's overkill. Also, SIP offers more flexibility with this as you're not bound to a full 23 channel PRI and can order as many concurrent sessions as you want and then hopefully build in bursting.
