Hi,
I'm having problems with the running system processes on my computer. I'm using Windows XP home, and have been fiddling about with the running processes recently because the CPU usage was constantly at 100%. I managed to get it down to the about 5% and fluctuating between nothing higher than about 50%. But I fiddled about with it again to get rid of some running processes I didn't think I needed any longer. Since then my CPU usage is running at 100% again, and I have no idea what I have enabled or disabled in terms of my running processes. However there is one way I can overcome this problem, and that is that everytime I log in to Windows, I have to End Process on my DellMMKB.exe file, this gets the CPU usage down rather than it staying at 100% and running very very slowly.
How can I overcome this problem, so that when I start up Windows I don't need to End Process on the DellMMKB.exe file. In my running systems processes, what processes do I need to have enabled and disabled?
Many thanks
