Need to generate schema dictionary

I need to generate a database schema dictionary. Tools/Documenter provides much of what I need to capture but I need to know how to capture the Field descriptions visible in "Table Design" view also.

I just checked, and under the options button, there is a check box for including field properties on the report. One of these properties is the field description.
