Need to forward messages to another mailbox

I have tried to setup the VMPro 4.0 to forward the incoming caller to another VM mailbox. It keeps going to the one that the caller dialed into. Has anyone got an answer to this. I imagine it is a call flow issue, right?
 
I am sorry! I have an IPO 406 v2 with VMPro 4 loaded and working. This is just a quirk. We have not had the system long and a user is going on vacation in the AM. I need to setup the phone to go to someone else's VM mailbox so the important issues are handled. We have not been able to accomplish this.

If you are running 4.0.5 you cannot use virtual users to forward calls to any destination including voicemail.

To resolve switch to physical extn users to do the forwarding. This issue is fixed in the next maintenance release currently in trial.
 
Add a Leave start point for that user in VM Pro and put in a Leave Mail action. Set the mailbox as the one you want the messages to go to.

Or point the users DDI at the user you need to handle the calls in the Incoming Call Route.

Either option will get the desired result.
