I have tried to setup the VMPro 4.0 to forward the incoming caller to another VM mailbox. It keeps going to the one that the caller dialed into. Has anyone got an answer to this. I imagine it is a call flow issue, right?
I am sorry! I have an IPO 406 v2 with VMPro 4 loaded and working. This is just a quirk. We have not had the system long and a user is going on vacation in the AM. I need to setup the phone to go to someone else's VM mailbox so the important issues are handled. We have not been able to accomplish this.
