Why do you need to make the reservation? Here's how to do it, but let us know why you want to before you do, as there might be an easier way.
Start, Programs, select DHCP from the admin tools. Locate the scope, expand the one you want to make the reservation in. Select the reservations header and select new reservation from the action menu. Give the new reservation a name and the ip address you want to use. (Make sure you use the same range as is being used on the network.) Type in the mac address of the machine you want reserved. You can get this by typing ipconfig /all on the machine you want to reserve. It will look like = Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-04-E2-46-A6-BA This is how the server will know which machine gets the same ip address. Click Add to create the reservation. Hope this helps.

Depending on the printer, you could just give the printer a fixed ip address from the printer. Good luck.

Yes, but we have found it to be easier to move printers around without having to do a lot of changes on the printer. Thanks for your help.
