at present i'm using an append query to write from one Access DB to another having the same tables names. something in the relationship structure of the tables is causing a null conversion error. i intend to move data from my original db to a newer and better version as it is developed. what is the best way to move data from an existion db to a new one. i plan to hide the forms and buttons and other parts to keep a causual user from stumbling on to the buttons. i need to move the accumulated information contained in 15 tables to the new db. there must be a better method than an Access appenmd query.

any thoughts and assistance is greatly appreciated.
