Need to change call forwarding from home

Is there a way that I can change the call forwarding on an extension from home ?

You would need to set up a line for remote access and assign an authorization code to the extension that you want to remotely change the forwarding for. Without a system in front of me I couldn't tell you all of the finer details, such as FRLs of the station and the barrier code involved, but with a little bit of work you could set it up and test it out.
