Need to add new extension 2616 Phone

I am new at this ; could yopun please guide me trough the process of adding a new extension (From selection of the TN to the install of a 2616 phone itself)

best thing to do is a copy.. find the tn of a set that is close in features that you want...find a vacant number..
ld 20
prt
ludn

then in load 11
cpy 1
2616
then the working tn, and the next line is a new tn.. then the dn.. your new set is built.. with the keys and vm if the old.. ld 20..prt...tnb that will show you your new set if you need to make changes ...ld 11 chg 2616 tn echg=yes and then type in the line you need to change...repost if you get lost

Don't do the copy if you are in an ACD environment though, in that case you should call your vendor!

very correct footnote from ibceptor.. never copy or change an acd phone... but the switch will teach you that one when it goes down...
