Need to add IP range to .htaccess

I need to add an IP range to out .htaccess file.
the range is
198.208.16.0 - 198.208.28.255

I think this is what I need. but want to make sure first

198.208.16.0/21, 198.208.24.0/22, 198.208.28.0/24
