Well, it looks a little dull. The design isn't saying "telemarketing" to me - why have a picture of a screen & keyboard at the top and not a telephone? Or a hapless telemarketer tearing his/her hair out? Or something else appropriate to the theme of the site?
The whole experience is somewhat dissonant. You have a
very sober visual design - restrained colours, minimal graphics, etc. But a lot of your copy is really informal - it's all "This dude calls and I'm like talking to this chick..." The two don't really work together for me.
If you want to stick with the wma files, you need to fix your links to them. At the moment you're using backslashes:

You need to use forward slashes (and don't need to repeat the domain name):

However, if you want something that's a bit more widely accessible, consider a Flash player like
