I need to help a user forward her extension to her cell phone, however, I don't know what needs to be done in WinSPM to make her extension capable of doing so or the steps to get there.

Need steps to forward extension

Allow her extension Trunk to Trunk transfer and Remote Call Forward. These will be found under the Extensions menu of WinSPM.
At the phone, add a Forward button, on a button with lights so you can see the status of the feature.
The press the Forward button, dial 9 and the outside number, then #. Dial the number just as you would to reach if from the office, whether it be 7 digits, 1+Area Code, etc.
