Need some help with Miva Merchant 4.00

Hi, I'm a new Miva Merchant vendor, and I'm having trouble with the export feature. When trying to export orders to flat file, Miva says it's placing it in 'Merchant2/00000001/export/orders.dat'. When I FTP to my host server, I can't find this folder or file. I get no error message and Miva states that the export occured correctly. I even went in and tried to create this folder path and still nothing gets placed here, and I still can't locate the file.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm sorry, I got it wrong. I have only been using 1 week. Goto: miva/Merchant2/00000001/export/ from the main ftp site.
By the way, welcome to this forum. I am so happy it is getting some attention. the Miva forum it maddening!
