Need some guidance with Tape Naming/Groups

Need some guidance. We have an HP LTO Autoloader that holds 8 tapes, 1 of which is a cleaning tape. The backup method we would like to implement is as follows.

A full backup each night. (When I say full, we do selectively pick what we are backing up, but do not want differential or incremental backups of this selection)

A want to reserve our 'Monday' night backup for at least 26 weeks, so a blank tape will be inserted each Tuesday morning and ready to go for the next week. The rest of the week, a tape labelled Tuesday thru Sunday would be 'overwritten' on the corresponding night's tape.

Any suggestions? It took me long enough to get Exchange to backup I honestly don't have the energy left for figuring this one out on my own.

Just use one of the built in Rotation jobs. Select the one that does a full each day and make sure all the day are either turned on or off as you want. Then it will automaticly name each tape the day of the week, and for the Monday job you just put in a new tape since you will be rotating those out.
