Howdy,
Well, it looked good while I was putting it together, and the previews were encouraging. I used layers in Dreamweaver MX 6.0. Thought it would be a easy way to develop the layout. But when I checked the site out on 15" and 17" monitors with varying screen depths, the pages were shifted off to the right and the sizing was realllly huge for the screen, requiring lots of scrolling.
Is there a way to center the layers on my (7) pages so they will appear centered on different browsers, monitors, and screen depths?
And is there also a way to have the pages resize to the various monitors in a civilized manner.
Alternatively, I started to reconstruct the site using tables (Tables seem to center things.), but I need to have stacked images for the hide/show effect seen on the homepage. Seems like I can only stack them inside a layer. Jeez...
I be frustrated and confused.
Thanks for any help,
