Need settings to apply to all users

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew how to make the proxy server settings under Internet Options -> connections tab -> and then the settings button for the VPN connection apply universally for all users. I have 5 computers that have a little over a hundred users each and so far I am having to explain to each person how to make the setting. It doesn't apply to all users when the administrator makes the change. Any ideas?

You should be ablt to do this from group policy editor. Start gpedit.msc

User Configuration > Windows Settings > Internet Explorer Maintainence > Connection > Proxy Settings

You can use the IEAK:

The settings applied that way only apply to the Local Area Connection and not the VPN connection...which is what I need it to apply to, unless I am missing something.
