need on site and remote maintenance logs

Does anyone have any reccommendations (or already put together info sheets) for lists of things to check out while on site for preventative maintenance?
Also any list for remotely checking a system (some out of state) on a weekly basis?

one thing i check that a lot of people might not..

inv generate midnight

then any time i dial in

inv prt sets (or cards)

make sure the as built matches the station type..as well as phones that are gone but still in the software.... another thing i do is prt the cequ to make sure it matches the switch.. any unused cards are removed from the cequ.. pri's for example.. i hate to dial in and see 3 or 4 t1's down, then later find out they are not in service, just some old ones that no one cleaned up.. same with routes that are built and not used.. as well as acd groups...


i try to clean up the switch, not just stat everything.. it's a lot easiser to maintain one that is not full or sloppy work..

i also make sure stations going to mail have an answer point.. not just maint but good business... and that lhk x works as planned.. phones last forward target was mail and they don't have a mb? remove the forward key...

Don't forget about the Template Cleanup in LD 1 once in a while if you do a lot of changes.
