We're looking at consolodating our myriad telphone systems into a single VoIP system. To support my case, I'm listing all the EOL information for out 20+ systems, and the cost it would take to upgrade them all. I have EOL for our Avaya and ROLM systems, but I can't get anything from Nortel. I created a customer ID to log into Nortel's site, but I it won't let me access any of the info that I need. To make a long story short, I need EOL information for Meridian's, Norstars, Call Pilots and Meridian Mail. Does anyone have a copy of Nortel's EOL white paper? Any help would be apprciated.
