Need more vertical space!

I'm making a report which is an invitation for a class. The top of the report goes to the database and gets the list of students. The rest of the report doesn't change. Class schedules, hotels, driving directions, etc. Then the user clicks the "Publish it with MS Word" so they can do any final editing.

The problem is that Access only gives you 22 inches of vertical space to work with. How do I work around this? Is there a way to increase the size? The final output has to be a single file, RTF or TXT format.

On the plus side, Office 2000 is handling the import from Access far better than Office 97 did.

Very simply set the 'Can Grow' property of any text which will be larger that the text window. Access does not expect you to know the size of the text box prior to running the report. The only limit then will be the size of the field holding the text. I assume that it would be a memo field. Therefore the design constraint of 22 inches is not a constraint of the final report.

"Can Grow" and "Can Shrink" is only for text boxes, not labels. Is this a mistake or is there a way for me to display the information I need in a text box?

For instance, the label looks like this:

Date: mm / dd / yy THURSDAY

8:30 - Opening - Universal Life
U.L. Win or U.L. Lose Game
11:30 - 12:30 -Lunch-
Time Management
Financial Calculator
Guest Speaker
5:30 -Dinner at Jumer's-

Adding that directly to the text box produces an error.
