Hello

Our ERP is built on clipper. We are changing our company logo.

Currently, the image is stored in the directory as filename.pcx, but it was explained to me that it is not a standard pcx, that the new image file has to be modified (bit sequence)via a utility.

Does anyone know what this is , or can I hire someone for a small fee to change a std graphic for use in this program?

Do you have the code for your ERP system?

I would suggest that you rename your filename.pcx and then try replacing it with the one you would like instead.

I do not have the code, and probably do not need it.

The program just looks in the directory for that filename.pcx and picks up the image and plants it onto the invoice, etc.

I have tried other .pcx files but they do not work; the output is only pages of symbol code at the top of the page.

Can you send me the .pcx file?

I have a clipper application that does something like this, except I take a .bmp file and drop it into Word, positioning it in the approximate place, then print it to a file using an HP PCL driver and finally edit that output to create a new file that clipper can print!

Look for my email at w w w dot f i n e d a t a dot c o m

Fantastic, I helped cook-up a replacement and he has sent me a Red Sox base ball from the US of A!

Thank you, Griff, you did a "fine data" job for us, and welcome to Red Sox Nation!
