Need Hlp Converting PDF to TX in Ghostscript

Hi,

I'm new to Ghostscript and have a need to convert PDF files to txt from a .bat file.
I'm currently using GS in a .bat file to convert PDF to TIF files, but can't find a way to convert PDF to TXT.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, where can I find some good documentation on Ghostscript?
