need help with rank 1

Hi, I need some help...this is what I need to accomplish:
I'm working on a "rank-a-model" site...similar to sites like

http://www.amihot.com/

or

http://hotornot.com/...

The way it works is:
1) the models register first
2) then the models (after a succesfull registeration), enter some required info (name, age, hobbies, etc) and can upload as many 3 pics only
3) the models info. and pics then get sent to a page where the webmaster looks at them and aproves them or rejects them (this is to make sure no one uploads any questionable materials)
4) after approved the models bio and pics get sent to the rank-me page, where the users (from a list of 1-10, using radio-buttons, rate them)

Any idea on how I can start this?? Does CF have a template for something like this??
I'm using Coldfusion and MS Access as the database...

There are some hotornot clones on devex.macromedia.com, could start from them, I believe at least one is freeware..

I will check it out...have you used any of them?? DO you know if the freware allows me change everything??

Actually I downloaded two but never used them...

But you can use it as a model, how you should build it, also study the hotornot site itself, and of course if you run into a brick wall, remember this site!

Hi Tony, I looked at the code and it looks great...if I can actualy configure it to my use then it will be great...
