Need help with OE 5, mail still downloading from removed acct.?

What we have!

Cable modem to ISP and then a router connected to it.

This is a new setup..All clients have O.E.5, prior to the cable setup they had one dial-up connection that they shared using one e-mail address. "abcd@isp.net"

After new setup we acquired 4 new e-mail for each user plus keeping the "abcd@isp.net" address as a general address for outside world to send e-mail to the company.

Now here is the problem..one of the users a new mail acct., that I setup with her new e-mail address "jane@isp.net" works OK..but she also receives mail addressed to abcd@isp.net when we connect to the ISP. The boss man would like this not to happen! I have checked the mail setup under tools,accounts,mail, and I have just the one acct setup using her "jane@isp.net" acct.

On his computer we have the two accts..setup one for abcd@isp.net and one for boss@isp.net so that he receives all mail addressed to company plus any mail addressed to him. This is fine on his machine.

Just need to know how to stop it from happening on Jane's computer.

Your setup locally sounds correct. There must be a mix-up at the ISP end (auto-forwarding or cc)- I would start with them. They may have a web page for checking your account details. Also check that Boss doesnt have any filters to autoforward or the like.
