What I'm trying to do is create a template in photoshop (which I've done) open that template in Indesign and ad tables to it (which i've done) then export the finished document to .PDF. My problem is when i export all lose all quality and clarity of my images and text.??? i dont understand why. When i save a file as .PDF form photoshop it reads fine in acrobat. Why not .PDF's created from Indesign????

And, can you tell me what sort of file it is that you're saving from Photoshop and placing in InDesign?

Well my settings for print (thinking i woud get the best quality), I set the all three DPI settings at 1200 (assuming that would help the quality) I also tried no compressing under all options.

Type of file: I've tried importing .TIFF, .EPS, .PDF

Thanks for your quick response AdobeTIm. I'm feeling heat right now!

Basically my goal is to create an online catalog. Also consider for print. I just cant get the text from the template or the images to hold there quality while being scaled in acrobat (.PDF) I would like them to be clear @121% but i can only get clarity @100%.
