I am trying to write a script that can authenticate to a POP3 server that accepts Kerberos only. I thought I needed Authen::Krb5 but apparently that is not the case. That module seems geared to administration. What I need is an example script for obtaining a POP3 ticket and accessing a POP3 server. Can someone help? TIA.

After a little more research, I found that what I really need is the whole Krb5 package. However, when I try to install it (perl -MCPAN), I get all kinds of errors, mostly for an undeclared variables (e.g. sv_yes, and lots of sv_undef). Am I missing some pre-req that perl is not telling me about?

Never mind. I downloaded the source instead of using MCPAN and that worked.
