need help with 4-4-5 week

Hello. I need a formula where my end of month will fall in a 4-4-5 format.

Example: start of month is 01-01-06
end of month is 01/28/06
next end of month is 02/25/06
the next is 04/01/06

Why do you need to know? If it's date ambiguinty, Crystal would show it as 04-Apr using formating.
