Need help: Unable to use TRsRuler component

Hello, I am unable to correctly use the TRsRuler component into a simple application. I have compiled and installed the package from a PAS file and created all necessary files: HPP, BPI, LIB and CPP. It compiles correctly but it gives me unresolved errors when trying to link to the component's funcions.

Would you mind to try it out? (just compile and instlal it and build an empty project)...

I am using Borland C++ 6.0.

I've run into this with other third-party components. Some I never do get working. On others, though, I can include the full path in the header file and that solves the problem.
