HI,
I created My Tables IN SQL 7 and I need to Fill these tables with sample data... As I think, I will use the Enterprise manager to do so... From the table Menu, I choosed Open Table, then return all rows.. I found an error stating that this can't be executed becasue there are missed Files, and the GRID is returned Empty....

Am I in the wrong directions? Or may I need to setup the Server Again...

Thanks in advance for your Help

If you want to type in field data by hand, you should be able to enter values into the grid you see when you do a return all rows.

If you have lots of field data, I recommend creating the data in an Excel table and saving it as a CSV (comma separated value) file. Then you can use DTS to convert that CSV file into a table on the server. This method works well if it is available to you (it may be new to SQL Server 2000).
