Need help Setting Up live video

Im trying to build a site with live video feed for like parties and stuff like that i can get the rest of the page built its just getting the webcam to work on the webpage i dont know where to start, if anyone can help or know of a site that give info like that please let me know... I appreciate it... Thank you
Im using Dreamweaver MX Studio, on Windows XP...

Microsoft has a program called timershot, which saves an image from your webcam once a second(or whatever you designate)... If you use this have it save to your web hard drive and from there you would just need something to change the pics\.
An IFRAME with a Refresh in the Meta Tag should do nicely.
