Hi

I had a web application (ASP VB) that would send an email notification out when a form was submitted. Everything worked fine, and suddenly, without any changes to the code or server it stopped working. All emails are sent to the drop mail folder.
The windows2000 IIS 5 server has the following in the event logs:

SMTPSVC Event ID 4000
Message delivery to the remote domain "ourdomain" failed for the following reason: The specified network name is no longer available

The email in the drop mail folder has the error:0xc00402ce error processing the file in the pickup directory.

MS says to make sure I have the .FROM specified in the source code and it is. The server only has 1 NIC card and has no problem pinging our exchange 2003 server.

What might cause this?
Thanks
