You have a corrupt SY0CTL.SOA file (located in the MAS90/SOA directory.
Restore the file from backup. Isn't going to hurt much. This back-bone file contains things like each user's system date by module (AR, AP, GL, etc), user-preferences, and a copy of each module's options. On most systems, the module's parameters are pretty static.. you are pretty safe restoring this file. Any recent changes made in user-prefs or module params might have to be re-entered.. so you should have each user review their prefs & you should have someone review the options in each module to be safe..
Make sure you make a backup of your current SY0CTL.SOA file to be on the safe side..
