Can anyone help me to resolve the following field issues?

1. voicemail vecation greeting and diversion to other destination

2. External CFWD CLID on Extn 666 (showing 600 instead of 666)

3. Delta server s/w support on rel 7.0(5)

4. Voicemail remote access
