Need help im getting a "Delay Message"

Im getting a delay Notification message and need help solving the problem... The message i recieved is:

THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.

I have windows 2003 Std. Server and Exchange 2003.. I can recieve emails without a problem it is just sending the email is where im getting this delay message.. Any Help would be appreciated...

I had a problem with mail delivery in December '04. It was an intermittant problem. The Delayed notifications were followed by non-delivery reports.

After much time with a local VAR and then Microsoft, it was recommended that my internet router, which had run continously for nearly 18 months, be rebooted and that fixed the problem. Go figure.
