Need help fixing the time stamp

I need help fixing a time stamp issue ive noticed this once awhile back and its come back again... We have exchange 2000 and the user is using Outlook 2000 on their computer now the computer time is correct i double checked that but when they get an email it is showing that they recieved it at 9pm and its only 200pm I thought ive seen a fix in the past but dont remember when or where i saw it... Any help will be greatly appreciated and I can provide more info if needed Thank you

The time is correct, but your timezone may be set to +7 hours ahead from where you are.

I thought there was a setting in outlook and overlooked that and I believe that solved my problem it updated the in outlook to the correct time... Thank you
