Need help converting a date within a query 1

I need help converting a posting date within a week to the Friday date of that week.

Example: Posting date of 9/7/04 (Tuesday) would convert to 9/10/04 (Friday).

Any help will be appreciated.

Something like this ?
DateAdd("d", 6-Format([Posting date],"w"), [Posting date])
