Hello!

I'm using Bullet Proof FTP Server, in order for the server start I have to log in, and manually start it. What I need is for the service to start when the machine starts, how can I do this (not placing it in the startup folder, since it doesn't work unless you log in)...

Thanks!

Use the resource kit to create a new service.

If the resource kit doesn't work for you, consider FireDaemon ( - an alternative Service Control Manager. I've used it in a couple of situations where the application that I wanted to run as a service took too long to start as a service and failed. FireDaemon has more configurable features to account for this.
